What style of clamshell?

Our standard clamshells are single-walled with no bed for the held material. Our deluxe clamshells are double-walled with a base bed for the bottom tray and linen wrapped locking piece on the upper tray. If you have questions, please reach out.

By sending this submission, I acknowledge that I am requesting labor from an extremely small team of working class people running a small business that began fully operating in January 2023. I understand that the nature of their business requires me to place a 50% deposit to secure my project on their calendar. I understand that full payment is due before shipment or pick-up. I understand that everything, in some way, is made by hand in this studio. I acknowledge that repetitive hand labor is taxing on the body and at a certain threshold of pace and quantity becomes harmful. Due to the small and limited nature of the FTBTIA studio capacity, I can be patient with their response time, especially when it requires uncompensated labor to put together an individualized quote for my project. If my expectations are contrary to their pace and process, such as: I need them to change their standards of safety and wellness and rush for me, I understand that this is likely the wrong place for me to be sending this request, and it's okay and understandable if they are unable to accommodate my needs. I understand that if I engage this studio with language and treatment that causes the studio team to feel disrespected and/or unsafe around me, my project will be cancelled, and I will receive a refund for my deposit after all labor and material expenses have been deducted. Given the aforementioned context of labor expectations and this specific studio team's capacity, I believe the request I am making is fair and suitable for FTBTIA and I am excited for a potential exchange of mutual care and support.
